We begin with reviewing your current accounting system, or creating one if you don’t already have one. From there, we will complete 2 - 3 onboarding calls to completely set up your accounting system (connecting accounts, payroll software, reporting software, etc.) and understand the flow of your business.

CLEAN UP & AUTOMATION

Clean up efforts will take place immediately following your onboarding call. We will simplify your chart of accounts to make the most sense to your business.

We utilize your accounting system to automate your accounting function. Utilizing notes from our onboarding, we will design bank rules to keep the books as up-to-date as possible. We will monitor these automations on a weekly basis to ensure proper working order.

ONGOING Support

On a monthly basis, we will provide pertinent reports to you and your team and track important metrics month-to-month. You’ll receive an explanatory video with your financials and an optional review meeting.
